Take a course

Steps

1. Open Courses from the main navigation.
2. Select a course to view the modules.
3. Work through modules in order (your tenant may enforce progression rules).
4. Complete required quizzes/activities.
5. Return to your dashboard to see completion status.

TIP

If a module won’t open or progress doesn’t update, refresh the page and try again. If the issue persists, contact support.
